Dreams are renewable. No matter what our age or condition, there are still untapped possibilities within us and new beauty waiting to be born.

Our sexuality

I am reading the most engaging and truly fascinating book on human sexuality.  It seems we are instinctual when it comes to our sexuality but really, instinct is the tip of the iceburg.  I think many find it a true challenge to be in touch with their sexuality and this is partly to do with their awareness and understanding of the world around them.  In order to understand one's sexuality, so much else must be embraced.  I will definitely write more about this when I can think straight (am not as tired).  I feel like I'm repeating myself and making no sense but I had to express my excitement.  If anyone ever gets the chance to read anything by Michael Foucalt or Betty Dodson - you will never regret it.

Communication driver.

Without communication, we are nothing; the world is nothing.

How would everything work without driving systems?
Think about the cells and systems that make up one single organism..

And all the systems in which that one organism has relevance.
Think of your personal interactions.. you're relationships.

Think of war... poverty... sexuality.
Communication drives us.

I think we take for granted how important it really is.
I know I do.

Old thoughts.

Given the elusive character of human life, it doesn't surprise me that people resort to mystical interpretations. However, it is amazing what extensive stories can be told to explain things we don't yet understand. Do people need something to ease their minds as we will never know everything in our lifetimes; or for that matter, any lifetime perhaps? Life is short but I would rather be ignorant than substitute answers with myths crafted long before science ever took off. Excuse me for my insensitivity. This is all a matter of my own perspective.
